We capture all Air Waybills and Debit-/Credit Memos in our databank system. All net-fares and special agreements are also stored and automatically added to the Air Waybills. Additional charges, e.g. fuel surcharges, are as well calculated automatically through the software system, so data capture errors are brought to a minimum. Then the CASS files are produced and uploaded into the IATA/CASS system. CASS processes the data and invoices the agents.
