Air Waybill Stock Control

By loading the settled CASS-files into the Air Waybill (AWB) Order Service database a comprehensive online control of AWB-Stocks is accomplished. The AWB deliveries are checked against settled AWBs, and a just-in-time AWB-stock control is made. All current unposted, or not accounted AWB numbers are displayed.

Extensive Excel reports about all unused AWB-numbers can be produced, and e-mails are sent automatically to the agents to inform them about the unsettled AWBs.

Then agents have the possibility to submit these unsettled AWBs to the airline for accounting via CASS, or to notify the airline of a cancellation. The airline can then authorise these cancellations from the open stock database.
