Air Waybill Stock Control

Through the uploading of the settled CASS-files into the AWB Order Service database a comprehensive online control of AWB-Stocks are accomplished. The AWB deliveries are checked against settled AWBs and a just in time AWB-stock control is taking place. All actual not accounted AWB numbers are displayed.

Extensive Excel reports about all unused AWB-numbers can be produced and automatic e-mails can be send to the agents, to inform them about the not settled AWBs.

Then agents have the possibility to submit these unsettled AWBs to the airline for accounting via CASS or inform airline of cancellation. The airline can then authorise these cancellations from the open stock database.
